I specifically asked to see my Dr...I was told by the receptionist I would have to wait up to two days for some to phone me to tell me if I could have an appointment with MY Dr....she informed me that they took approx 600 phone calls a day from people trying to get appointment....so I asked her why have they so many patients on their books if they can't see to there needs....I believe this is a very poor system...I wasn't expecting an appointment today but I also think it's extremely un professional of a receptionist to tell... read more

One receptionist in particular is so rude. Thinks she’s better than you. (I’ve chosen not to mention her name). Because of ‘you’, you have set my mental health back so much. Something may seem little and nothing to you can be a huge impact and massive to someone else, me.

I haven't seen my GP face to face for years. I had two hip replacements last year, never saw my GP. Last month I was diagnosed with colon cancer, still not seen a GP at my practice. So disappointed and upset, that after being a patient at this practice for years, and having been diagnosed with cancer, they haven't made a face to face appointment to talk to me about it.
