It's a shame that the service is so bad and the designers will lie to your face when something isn't properly installed. It's also shame that it takes forever to deliver and they lie to you about scheduling. All a shame because the product is actually really nice. I've had two kitchens from them, I'll never use them again. Not worth the headache.
