My air conditioner was putting out hot air on the drivers side and I took it to Scates. They didn’t know what they were doing. They replaced my compressor. That didn’t fix it. Then, they replaced the evaporator. And it worked for about 90 days. I spent over $2000 and got cool air for maybe 90 days. I took it to Dennis Mitchell’s and i no time they figured it out. I've been to Scates multiple times and each time they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Once they gave me a ride back to my home after I had needed to drop my car off there. I've always received friendly and thorough service from them. Could not recommend them enough!
Great service
The owner was extremely busy, very friendly and honest about when he could get my vehicle looked at. I was referred to him and when I pulled up my first thought was he must really be good... no parking available.
