0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service.took me over a week to get a hold of them and I ended up using my daughter's phone. Sends you to voicemail if they don't like you. Kind of harsh when they're the only pest control around. Horrible horrible service

They will screen your calls, not return your calls, and over promise and under deliver with their services.

I had a bed bug problem, and my landlord game me permission to contact SCAT. There was great communication and came out and sprayed my apartment efficiently. Killed them right away, they followed up and the issue was solved. Would recommend and use them again!

I have to confess that the previous reviews almost scared me away but I gave it a try anyway. I phoned and had to leave a message (She was busy on another job). Received a callback 42 minutes later. She was pleasant and was able to book an appointment to come the next day to sort out my ant problem. On the job, she appeared to be thorough and took the time to answer my questions. More than happy with the service I received.

I want to give a zero star review. I gave them a call, set up an appointment, missed a day of work for it and they didn't show up. What a waste of time, money and effort.
