Very poor service Hubby arrived for 3pm blood test appointment at 3.35'he still hadn't been called in, no apologies or reason why, he came out and told the receptionist why, said he would re book as we had another appointment to get to, she just screwed up her nose, no apologies or anything. It's just so rude. Had he turned up at 3.30 for his 3pm appointment he would have been turned away. Do they think people have nothing better to do than just sit around and wait all afternoon? Very poor service. Never have them ready, been sat here half an hour. Still not ready. If I could have given a 0 I would.

Fantastic, Dr Ansah is an absolute delight! So welcoming and friendly absolutely amazing with children! Of all the doctors we've seen I have to say she is a fantastic doctor I'd highly recommend scartho medical
