I just would like to ask to people who answer the phone why need to be so rude? The drivers mostly are very nice but I just don’t understand people who works this way. If they are stressed at job is not the patient’s fault. From the place I come from people work w happiness bcoz this is the way u have to work w public. Treat them well!!!!!!
