Dr.Jeffrey Goldstein action are unbelieavable.!!!I came today to take stiches from last time small cyst removal, took him less then 15 sec. So I really hope he gonna remove my bigger cyst what really bother me,So he told me last time quote: Lets take care of this today (smaller), and the bigger one next time , in ten days. I came today ,he took stiches(15 sec) and I ask him what about that bigger one...so he said we have to make another appointment, because it will take him 15 to 20 min. for this one!!!! I had an appointment on the 21st at the dermatologist. When I got to the check in desk the lady was busy in a personal phone call. Not once did she say please hold to check me in. Instead I had to wait for someone else to come to the desk and do the job. That's terrible customer service and that should be the most important aspect of the business.
I have been with this practice for close to 10 years. The only reason that I did not switch provider is because my specialist. She is great but the quality of services has been declining in its customer services & management ever since it is taken over by the White Plains hospital conglomerate. It runs the gamut of failing to update insurance info., in spite of multiple attempts, to jumping through hoops to speak to the MD’s assistance (messages were not relayed through phone services & some of them are rude).
