Ken the owner is very knowledgeable with what he does. I told him I may need a new starter as my car won't start having a new car battery. He put the stick shift in neutral and the car started. He opened the cover and reprogrammed it. He saved me a lot of money by being honest and using his expertise. He also charged me a reasonable price. I will highly recommend to go to Scarsdale for your auto repairs.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I came in requesting a simple transmission drain-and-fill on my 2014 Ford Fusion - a completely standard maintenance item for the 6-speed in these cars. Instead of inspecting the fluid or discussing the service, Ben immediately refused and became noticeably defensive when I explained why this generation of Fusion actually benefits from periodic drain-and-fills.
