I called to try to schedule an appointment to have a code in my car diagnosed and was treated very rudely by the guy who answered the phone. Not only did he seem annoyed by me asking their hours and what they have open as far as appointments goes. I advised I don’t get off work until 3:30 But instead of telling me a good time of the day that I could drop me vehicle all off he proceeded to rudely tell me that “I got my car scanned at autozone and diagnoses take time”.
