We purchased our spa years ago from Scarritt. This is the second time we have needed someone to come out to service it. You hear many horror stories about hot tub repairs but we have been relieved both times with their obvious experience and expertise.
As always, Scarritt was prompt, professional and took care of our concern
Everything went well, Tech was very personable
A very very good experience. My spa dealer closed, and Scarrett was very accommodating in providing me service at my home in just 1 day. Had the replacement pump I needed for my spa, and replaced it easily. I would highly recommend them. They took a water sample and texted my back a professional water analysis.
I’m on my second spa from Scarritts and I can’t Destin the space allowed how pleased I am. I’ve needed service a few times and also delighted with the results. My highest recommendation! Even if you don’t need a spa stop in and say hi and pick up a rubber ducky. Fabulous friendly folks!! Thank you soooooo much!
