Delicioso! I don't know what else you going to say about a place like this. It's a super high-end restaurant in the cosmopolitan. There's pretty much not going to be much to complain about because these places do it right. You're going to pay top dollar for everything so expect that. Okay, so I want to start off this review by mentioning that my family and I own restaurants in Los Angeles, so we usually understand when a restaurant has a bad night, but this was just unacceptable. The Cosmopolitan has been our hotel of choice in Vegas for years, even before it was owned by MGM; we came to Scarpetta in July of 2024, before the Cosmo was taken over by MGM, and absolutely adored it. Based on my experience, I can not give this visit a 5-star rating. My scallops came out and had a funky taste that only comes from spoiled seafood. The waiter offered to get me something else but onces you get that taste the experience changed. The waiter nor manager never acknowledged the problem. The food was removed from the bill. I work in customer service myself and acknowledging the problem is sometimes all it takes.
Wonderful experience! Food and drinks were spectacular. The host, bartender, and waiter were all friendly and amazing. I accidentally forgot my debit card, and they called me promptly to let me know.
