Got a massage and paraffin treatment for the boyfriend on his birthday, he said it could have been great but was a bit perturbed when he was finished and said the woman that gave him the massage talked the whole time and pretty much gave him her life story. I have been to Scarlett’s multiple times. I have gone for facials and massages. Every time I go, I leave happy! During the facial, they give you exactly what your skin needs. During the massage, the massage therapist asks what you want to focus on and applies the pressure you desire. I personally have a bad back and I never leave hurting. When you walk in the door, you feel already relaxed. Megan was outstanding! This was the best and most relaxing massage ever!!!
I’ve been going to this spa for years and had a disappointing experience today. They are running a special, which is $60 for a massage and $60 for a facial. I have a gift certificate that I received for Mother’s Day, but was told that I couldn’t use it for the special. That I must use cash or credit. Well cash was used to purchase the certificate with no discount received so I’m not sure why I can’t use the gift certificate. I was told that I didn’t understand the business side of things. This was a Mother’s Day gift from my daughter & son. My relaxation started as soon as I walked through the door. I had the full body massage, the hydrating mousse and green tea eye treatment. Everything was heavenly! They have a new regular customer!!

Been coming here for years. Have always loved the atmosphere and care there, but oh my goodness! Just had an hour massage with Abbey!!! The best massage I’ve ever had. Slow, deep and methodical. It was like she read what my body needed. Thank you Abbey.
Wow! First time here for a massage and facial. They truly thought of everything from the decor, atmosphere, and thoughtful touches here and there. I've had other massages elsewhere that were good, but this place put a little something extra in every step of my massage and facial!! Thoroughly impressed and definitely will be back.
