I had an excellent massage at Scarlett's today. Shaniece (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was kind and gracious and provided an excellent massage. I love the hot stones! I will be back!!!
My Husband and I had couple massage I was disappointed because I asked to focus on my neck and I wanted a deep tissue masa are. I felt like she was barely massaging me not as good as I have had there in the past
I REALLY LOVED MY VISIT WITH THE SPA AND FACIAL IT WAS SO RELAXING CHRISTINA REALLY MADE ME COMFORTABLE.VERY PEACEFUL I WAS WELCOMED IN THE DOOR.I WILL GO back
Love the place itself, but unfortunately will probably not be back since Dorian left. I had several other "therapist" there and they didn't do a thing for me. He was the only one who seemed legitimately trained to work on and resolve problem areas. The other people just gave expensive glorified "rubs".
I was on time for my appointment, but didn't get the foot bath. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes until a room was available. I scheduled a 90 minute massage, but was cut 15 minutes by the therapist, who by the way was lazy and poorly trained. Horrible massage. The room was artic cold. I had goose bumps because the sheets were too threadbare to keep me warm. And to top it all off, they kept the extra two dollars on my gift certificate! That's funny.
The atmosphere was so inviting and relaxing and not to mention the massage was awesome!! Definitely going again!!
Enjoyed an amazing massage as a courtesy from Scarlett's for Veterans Day. Thank you for giving back to the Veterans, I loved it and I will be back.
