Severely overdue review but Scarlett is one of the best hair specialists out there and a gem of Mesa. My husband and I have been going to her for years and I've never walked out with a hair cut or style that I did not like. She has an eye for detail when she cuts/styles and takes her time to make it just right. I appreciate that she is familiar with the modern hair styles here as well as in East Asia.
