I just don’t like to see them change companies all the time and I’d like for them to let us pay online for a lot fee and so on I love where I’m living there cause it’s quiet and peaceful. I really nice people. I just hope it don’t change. A lot of us are over 60 we love living here because of the age.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Be cautious of wasting your time at this establishment. Despite being told the processing time for my application would be 2-3 business days, it took 2 weeks to be denied. The reason given was low credit, which is false as they were willing to allow me to move the trailer before requesting I replace the siding and windows. I found another trailer that I wanted to purchase and submitted it for approval, but said my application was denied despite having a good renting history and income. No evi... read more
I live in Scarlett Manor and the management lacks professionalism. Plenty of rules but not consistently enforced. Residents are permitted to pile unsightly items on porches disrespecting residents who keep their areas clean and uncluttered. Management fails to handle and respond to these concerns repeatedly.
