I’m extremely disappointed. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The entire experience was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hair wash was rushed, and the stylist was on her phone the entire time. She put me under the dryer without rollers because another client was rushing her. I assumed it was temporary, but I ended up sitting under the dryer like that for 45 minutes. When it came time to blow dry my hair, the blower reeked of burnt rubber and hair, and the brush she used was falling apart, leaving pieces all over my shirt. ... read more

Luisa is an amazing stylist whose years of experience are evident in her work! She took my hair from black to brown with hair lights without causing any damage or breakage. She was very attentive throughout the entire procedure and ensured I was comfortable and relaxed.
