Terrible customer service. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and sat there for about 15 minutes while the staff member behind the counter chatted away without acknowledging me once. No greeting, no “I’ll be with you shortly” — nothing. I felt completely ignored and humiliated, so I got up and left. I emailed the business afterward and they couldn’t even bother to respond. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
can’t recommend this med spa and Jazmine enough, she has been my injector for a couple of years now and she is a wealth of knowledge! She has even talked me out of things! If you’re looking for amazing service, beautiful results, and people who genuinely want you to feel confident in your skin, this is the place.
I had such a great experience with Jazzmine. She was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the service. I really appreciated her recommendations as well. I’m very happy with my services and experience. I would definitely recommend Jazzmine to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cares about their clients.
