I have been in the market for close to 2 years looking around for homes in and around Edison. Last year, i purchased my home at Scarlet Place by Pulte Homes. The most attractive was the newly constructed home and bonus was the customization that fulfilled all my requirements. The 1 year warranty took care of minor adjustments required due to climate changes and the customer care person (Artie Neff) was very nice attending to every detail of it.
