Edit: Shortly after posting my original review and rating (2/5), the Scarlet Oak Studio team reached out to let me know that they had looked into the problems I addressed in my review and wanted to discuss how to fix them. After a short phone call, they detailed their plan to make things right They delivered a gift card and note apologizing for the mistakes and promising to make them right. With Scarlet Oak Studio, what started as such a positive experience has become such a frustrating one On our wedding day, it was an absolute pleasure working with them. Dalton & Alex from Scarlet Oak Studios not only captured some amazingly beautiful photos of our wedding day but also helped the day flow! They were truly sweet souls who pivoted with every little change I threw at them. They were so thorough. They captured all the pictures I wanted, made sure every photo had the perfect lighting and were so personable they felt more like guests than hired photographers. Tanner and his team were a JOY to work with! Originally, we weren’t going to have a videographer, but after learning that my grandparents weren’t going to be able to make it, my parents and I decided that we’d like to try to find a videographer (2 weeks before the wedding) so that we would have video to share with them.
