I’ve been coming here since this shop opened, so I’m not writing this lightly. I came in last week and dealt with a younger staff member with long hair and a beard, and the whole experience was really disappointing. He was passive-aggressive, dismissive, and came across like he had to be right about everything. It made the whole interaction uncomfortable and frustrating.
