I had a very frustrating experience calling the office today. The Doctors of Windsor after-hours web-site and answering service clearly instructed patients to call this number to book for Saturday due to an unforeseen Friday closure. When I called to make an appointment for my elderly mother, I was met with a rude and dismissive response.
