Scarborough pt has been my go to place for therapy for years, and I love this place. But something has seriously shifted. A referral was sent over for my hip on 16 Dec 24. I didn’t hear anything and just figured it’s the holidays and they are probably swamped. So I waited till 3 Jan 25 to follow up. I called at 0800 and the woman at front desk told me they never received the referral. So I contact physician who assured me it was sent, but that they would resend. Allison is a great PT and their office has been extremely helpful during a difficult time in my life.
Got told 3 weeks ago that the providers schedule would be opening up and calling me for my first initial evaluation. I called 3 weeks later and got told she doesn't have any room on her schedule. So I waited 3 weeks just for her not to have an opening again. Getting referred to somewheres else for my scoliosis. Waste of my time.
