Cara is an exceptional remedial massage therapist. She has helped me through my running training with a combination of soft tissue massage, cupping and myofascial release. It can be hard to find a therapist who listens to the body as they treat, and adjusts the intensity of the massage according to how the body is feeling on the day. It has made a massive difference.
The massage at Scarborough Osteopath is brilliant and thoroughly covers all parts of the body providing great relief and I look forward to regular massages to keep my 69 year old body ready to engage in my surf lifesaving activities Jen
