Drs used to be decent now can’t get an appointment and when you do they just par antibiotics on to you, instead of getting to the bottom of problems!

1. Now that both mobile lines have merged, I always find myself over 20th in the queue. They tell you to call at 8 AM, but no matter what time you call, you're still far back in line. If everyone has the same idea of calling back later, the queue will just get longer. 2. It has really gone downhill, and I won't go into the nine years of frustration with South Cliff. Had x rays nearly 2 months ago but no update or anyone contacting me to let me know what's happening. Disgraceful from this surgery and the NHS is a joke!

I had a problem with my script, I phone the surgery to speak to my doctor. The receptionist said I can get an appointment in May, really can drs having appointments that long. Then I got a message about a cancelation for another dr whose name I can't pronounce. Clearly I've been fobed off. This receptionist deemed fit to deny me a reasonable appointment, because I needed my sleeping tablet . I will tomorrow attempt to ask for a phone appointment. Doctor great, staff not so great.
