Been a patient since 2021 I’ve had good experiences at Majellan Medical Centre. The reception staff are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making every visit a positive one from the moment you walk in the door. The nursing staff are caring, professional, and compassionate, and the doctors provide excellent care. A special mention to Dr Potocki, who is absolutely fabulous. Great team from reception to the doctors to the nurses!!
Very expensive if you’re on a low income . I realise now it’s all far too expensive. I thought the doctor I saw yesterday was on the cheaper end! But you obviously have to working and well off to pay either$90 or if I’m lucky $40 . I really can’t afford this now . I’ll be self treating !!!
After 17 years of being a patient at Scarborough and also for my Mum, I can't fault anyone, there kindness, and sorting out what I had to do was awesome, esp Dr Hayley Thomas her compassion and professionalism like all the staff there is notable, as I have now moved to another part of Qld I truly miss them. Thank you everyone at Majellan I can't replace your true value that you showed myself and my Mum when she was dying. :D
I have given this medical centre the lowest star because Dr Yamuna a Gp at this clinic treated me like rubbish with debilitating chronic pain her behaviour was undeniably unjust she openly spoke about her dislike for me for other patients she spoke about my private details outside of clinic hours which they did nothing about and dropped me because her excuse was break down of therapeutic relationship really she just didnt want to script me pain medication anymore.
