We bought our house 3 years ago and it came with a generac whole house generator that Scarborough electric installed before we moved in. We had them come out 2 years ago to service the generator. We weren't under contract so they charged the normal fee and tried to get us to buy the yearly contract. We chose not to buy the contract at that time. BUYER BEWARE. We recently purchased a whole home generator from Scarborough electric. We had an issue with three of the boxes that connected to our AC units. On both occasions when the owner had to come out to fix the problem, the owner yelled at us. We did nothing to warrant his behavior. The 2nd time he came to out home he put his hand up towards my face to tell me to shut up, and he yelled at my husband and threatened to cancel our contract if we use the word “fire” in his presence. As I mentioned before, Buyer Beware.

Scarborough Electric is the best choice for a Generac purchase and installation. Honest and professional from the start. Roger Monica and Bill were great to deal with. I highly recommend them.
