Ripped off big time. They did arrive on time the day after I rang them but that was the only good news. I had intended them to put a patch in the doorway of my lounge carpet but they suggested they could get the stain out instead because they have a 'special chemical' and could do a deep clean. With that- out came the machine , sprayed the stain and steam cleaned over it. All done in 5mins and $308 ! Very unproffessional technician turned up, looked like he couldnt even be bothered doing the job... within 5mins I called it & asked him to leave. He phoned his office to have some male tell me thats not how things work, he was raising his voice & speaking over me, so I gave the technicians phone back & closed the door. Terrible experience regardless of the condition of my rug, I simply said "Can you do the job or not?" I understand he couldnt gaurantee the rug would come clean, but he wasnt even using any treatment just 3 s... read more
