I literally wasted $800 for their service People who work here are not at all professionals they are just like freelancing workers…. I literally don’t want to give one star also please don’t Contact for carpet repairs once we pay the money literally don’t care after that.. The person who Came to our house our is not Professional he doesn’t have the basic equipment after the patchwork. The person told it would be normal after 2 to 3 days. There is a lot of gap. Ripped off big time. They did arrive on time the day after I rang them but that was the only good news. I had intended them to put a patch in the doorway of my lounge carpet but they suggested they could get the stain out instead because they have a 'special chemical' and could do a deep clean. With that- out came the machine , sprayed the stain and steam cleaned over it. All done in 5mins and $308 ! I asked what it would cost to do the whole room after Christmas and he said $150 - go figure it must be some very expensive ch... read more
Very unproffessional technician turned up, looked like he couldnt even be bothered doing the job... within 5mins I called it & asked him to leave. He phoned his office to have some male tell me thats not how things work, he was raising his voice & speaking over me, so I gave the technicians phone back & closed the door. Terrible experience regardless of the condition of my rug, I simply said "Can you do the job or not?" I understand he couldnt gaurantee the rug would come clean, but he wasnt even using any treatment just 3 s... read more
