Worst experience with Dr. Brendan Connor, no eye contact at all, felt that he didn’t care about my situation and my results. Very rude, don’t recommend at all. Edit about Dr. Alejandra Olgiatti, despite knowing my results and what I was going through, never got the decency to call me back. Never coming back here.
My family and I have had the privilege of being under the care of Scarborough Beach Medical Centre, and especially Dr. Daniel Hoffman, our GP for many years. Dr. Hoffman is a genuinely kind, highly experienced, and intelligent specialist who truly listens to his patients. Dr Lowden is the best GP that I have been to, he actually listens and is understanding, and his medical expertise is amazing. On the other end, when Dr Lowden is booked out, I have been forced to see Dr brendan connor on occasion, and he is absolutely incompetent and rude, does not listen to a word you say, downplays any concerns you have and his tone and wording is absolutely shocking. Would highly recommend Dr Lowden, but also recommend that no one sees Dr brendan connor if they want to be treated with respect and care.
