Ron helped me return to work in a job that is very physically and mentally challenging. I loved the job, but the impact of it at the time, what I saw, what happened to me and my colleagues was breaking me mentally. It did break me. The best bit was there was always a plan, sessions never felt like endless talking with no goal. My goal was to return to work and enjoy it and I did. I've had the privilege of sharing my journey with Ron over the past 6 years. I couldn't speak more highly about another individual like Ron. From the moment you walk in you'll find a warm and inviting space. It certainly makes that first appointment easier on yourself. I’ve been seeing Ron for a while now, and each session leaves me with a sense of clarity and calm. I always feel heard and understood.
