Superior Association management is 20k more than our last company, rarely responds to emails, and excuses are more common (as you will notice in responses to reviews), than solutions. For example, we have trash and unclaimed recycle bins at the entrance of our community that are not being used, and have been there for months (no response to emails and no resolution). The management of this company is very bad, they have no respect for the homeowners and there is nothing that can be done about it. Everything they do is rules for the homeowners but they have no obligation to meet our needs, those who do services for them have no guarantee of work.
Our HOA hired Superior Association management a little less than 1 year ago. I have been on the board for 20 plus years. I have gone through many, many property management companies. Superior is by far the very best property management company from the owner to the office staff to the property manager!! If you are considering hiring Superior you can't go wrong!!
When we moved to a community in West Boca - Avalon in 2016 this company was the management company for the development. Within one week of moving in we were “greeted” with violation notices for deficiencies that were not any of our doing or left for us by previously neglected ownership. Then they thankfully left for a few years and the replacement management company was approachable and had set up an online system to communicate and discuss issues within the community.
