It is very dated and paint is peeling and tiles are cracked and shoddily repaired instead of replacing. It needs painting but it was very clean. Carol met us with the keys so that was nice. Bed was comfortable oven not working but they did have a taster style oven if we needed it. Just such a shame it was not updated bathroom cupboard chipboard all damaged and did not wish to put anything in it should be replaced. They really do need to spend some money on this to ensure good word of mouth. The exhaust fan is filthy yuk.

We stayed here for three nights. All be it older style the unit is very clean with all apartment features including 2 bedrooms with a comfortable queen in one and a double under and single on top bunk bed in the other, full kitchen, air con, good size flat screen TV, fully equipped laundry and covered off street parking. 5 star no but comfortable and clean and beachfront in the heart of Scarborough. Place is dated and paint peeling off in the bedroom. No spare toilet paper. Sticking doors. Low hot water pressure. But nice view..

Budget accommodation in an awesome location. These units have great potential, not sure why the owners wouldn’t spend some money on them. You get what you pay for. Our beds were ok and they were clean. Just very old furniture, etc.
