I’ve been going to Dr. Deltor’s office for a while and usually have a good experience, but last week was deeply upsetting. I came in to get blood drawn — something I normally don’t do at their office — and the phlebotomist’s behavior was completely unacceptable. She was rude, hostile, and dismissive from the moment I made a simple request for a butterfly needle. I am so happy to be going back to Dr. Deltor. This is one hands-on Doctor Who is intelligent, so caring and kind, takes his time with you will answer any question until you understand. He’s a doctor with class. His staff is first rate. From the time you walk in the door, they are so professional and polite. The whole team there is phenomenal.
Great practice. Dr. Deltor is the best my whole family is seen by him. I would definitely recommend.
