This body shop is outstanding They’re professional and they get the job done on time. I would especially like to thank David who is courteous and patient no matter how many questions you have. He explains everything and he’s very transparent. Thank you Scappy Auto Body for getting my vehicle done on time. They also do Towing to their shop and insurance estimates on site.
This isn't a matter of impoliteness, as I never encountered any such issue. The real problem lies within poor time management and the dishonesty regarding timelines given to clients. I had an accident January 27th and was told my car will be ready by February 18th and it’s now March 22th and I still don’t have my car.
