I couldn't be happier with the service or the product, Made an order over the phone, who I spoke with spent at least 10 minutes on the phone with me answering questions verifying what I had in mind was truly what I wanted, suggesting some things and I ultimately got a Uniden SDS100 and the pre programed service. Fast fulfillment and product was fine (I ordered the wrong antenna for my radio, which was my fault) but the tone and attitude of the guy who answered the phone when I needed to make a return ruined it for me. Could have ordered the same product for less money on Amazon but wanted to support a local business. The customer service was amazing. When I called, John was the representative that helped me. He answered all of my questions to get the best scanner for me. On top of that, I ordered only a week before Christmas and not only did John get it programmed in time, he hand delivered it. The scanner works great!
Hi I’ve Bought sd cards parts A little bit of everything For my scanner for years And years . This is the best place to buy scanner Related gear . There are only 2 Scanner related vendors I call Normally. The ham radio or cb ,land mobile Radio dealers or service shops Don’t deal with scanners for Sale or repair services, But these dealers know their stuff And friends or anyone else I sent them to these fokes First , Amazon or off shore dealers Not a chance .
