Called parts department to get a quote. It is for my wife's vehicle, so I am not able to get to the vehicle to get the VIN at the moment. The person on the phone said I was making his life difficult because I couldn't get the VIN and I haven't been to the dealership before. Well I won't be going to this dealer. Also while on hold I could hear them in the back ground talking about how I didn't know my VIN and heard laughing about how I couldn't possibly know the VIN. Very terrible customer service.

Everyone was friendly but staff disorganized. Sales employee's mis placed demo car keys causing a frantic search before we left. Getting a bottle of water required 3 separate requests.
