Advisor not attentive to detail. Performed and unnecessary oil change 5000 miles too soon and rotated the tires even though I told them they were brand new and not to. They did take the price of the tires off, but they don’t even know that they booked me for an oil change when it wasn’t due for another 5000 miles. . I expect better from lexus
Dan was my service advisor and if I could give him 10 stars I would. He bent over backwards to help me with a screw in my tire which was covered by my wheel and tire warranty . This was not the first time I’ve used this warranty but it was the first time ever that I’ve left Lexus in an uber. When scanlon owned it I always was offered a loaner vehicle and on my way quickly to work. Today Dave tried his best to help me but to no avail there were no rides or loaners available.
