If I could give him a 0 I would. My daughter got her senior pictures in October he said he would get them on the website to order in about a week. We kept call him he didn’t get back to us three months later he said he didn’t know who we were. After about a month after that he emailed us saying he got them in. Very good experience, very accommodating after there was a misunderstanding about an appointment time. The photographer made it a good experience. Will recommend to my colleagues in the real-estate field. I am probably going back to get family pictures done of me and my daughter. Good job today.
