We are thrilled with our home and our experience with Jake and his team!! They have been very communicative, prompt with responses and are truly talented and have beautiful craftsmanship.
I cant say enough about Jake, Pam and the team over at Scandinavian! We have enjoyed going through their design and build process immensely. We could not be happier with the final product! Our beautiful Powder Mountain home was built by a true craftsman and it shows!
They took money to create plans for us, then were uncomunicative. Forgotten meetings, ignored emails. It took months and months to finally get the plans, which weren't to our specifications, and we were then offered a refund out of the blue. Of course the refund only partially appeared, just like the plans. It's clear they weren't interested in building a "normal" house and gave us the brushoff. Very disappointing experience. It set us back almost a year in building, costing hundreds of thousands of dollars due to inflation.
