They have relaxation down to a science. The quiet and no phones policies are enfoced but it adds to the serenity and makes you immerse yourself in the experience. 100% worth the visit
The spa is beautiful however: - spa was WAY too overbooked - change rooms were extremely tight and crowded - hot tubs and saunas were packed to the point that I couldn't relax - couldn't find anywhere to sit alone - all beds were taken up by people sleeping for over over 3 hours (ridiculous they come here to sleep and are allowed to hog the only beds that long) - massage therapist Kat was amazing - shower had no strength and couldn't rinse their low quality shampoo or if my hair - had to wait 20 minutes to get to my locker a... read more
I have been to other spas but nothing as terrific as this. This place is the place to come to relax and rejuvenate. And for a little added bonus, the scenery is breathtaking. It is time well spent. Exceptional. Need one of these near Banff/Canmore.
