Beautiful scenery, but experience was just OK
Extremely disappointed with the handling of my friend's inappropriate treatment by a male RMT. As a former RMT, I cannot believe this therapist hasn't been suspended. She felt violated and expressed as much. She has since heard from the spa that their investigation has been completed and no malicious intent occurred. How is this possible?
A group of friends and I went to the spa - the spa features are nice and the RMT I had was excellent, however my female friend had an RMT who wrote "for a good time call ###-###-####" on her feedback card after a massage. Certainly not appropriate behaviour for a licensed professional while in the midst of his duties. Made her feel very uncomfortable given that he had just completed her massage. I am very disappointed with the spa. After having a male RMT and him handing me this note after the massage which is highly inappropriate, the Spa got back to me after giving a refund saying “I have concluded my investigation and am satisfied the event that transpired did not hold any mal intent” Having felt violated after getting massaged and since then have just a gross icky feeling. This is really sad, that they don’t think things like this seriously.
