The service was lacking, I been here a few times and this time everything seemed less organized, I left my shoes in the locker and called the next morning only to be told they had looked and didn't find them. I decided to go there, went back to the locker and found them. I had given them my locker number to check so obviously no one bothered to look.

This was my first time ever in a spa environment and it happened to be a day after my university graduation! Needless to say, it was the most amazing experience I ever had in a long time. There was so much to do and I was there for 8 hours. At first, I was worried because of the reviews about not being able to converse, about the "controlling" environment, about the cleanliness of the facility, etc. But all these reviews proved to me that some people's experience will not be a reflection of your own. I had a really good experience at the spa. The service was excellent, the environment was clean and relaxing, and the staff were very friendly and professional. It was my first time trying it and it turned out to be a very refreshing and peaceful experience. I would definitely recommend it and plan to visit again
