Scandia Marine Center is ran by all Crooks and Liars! Eric and Marti, the owners will charge you thousands of dollars up front and end up costing you thousands more! They charge for work they don't even do and for parts that they don't even replace. The "mechanics" shouldn't even call themselves mechanics, they know absolute nothing about boats.
