Dust on fan No power point in bathroom so had to use hair dryer in kitchen Very slippery and steep steps and drive way which was fine for us but it’s not stated in booking so if you were older or had an injury would make it very hard , and considering you can’t park in the drive it’s a very hard walk up to the house . Not much lighting outside so when we arrived at night it was very slippery and dangerous carrying bags up. Great place to stay near Bilgola beach, 5 minutes drive to Avalon, 10 minutes drive to Palm Beach. It has the necessary amenities to cook a home meal or drive nearby to eat out and it's very private.
property certainly wasn’t the luxury conditions as advertised on Booking.com, especially the fact you have to pre-pay an insurance waiver for damages & cannot enter property without prior payment. The location & styling was lovely but that’s where it ended I’m afraid. Corners were covered in built up dust balls . Outdoor area had lots of built up debris which we had to clean up ourselves. Gorgeous little stay with a short walk or even shorter drive to the beach. A perfect location for all of the northern beaches.
