Andrea was very good to deal with, however, when we went to pick up our order, the shipper receiver, loaded it into the back of our truck. During the journey home, one of the boxes fell off the back of the truck. I called and spoke to Olga, who absolutely refused to help me in anyway. I explained to her that I did not load the boxes and she said it didn’t matter. She was very rude and she can really use intensive customer service training. She was very knowledgeable and helped us picked out chairs that matched the table, as well ensuring they were chairs that were in-stock/on-order. We have a Manhattan sofa and love seat by Stressless that we bought 7 years ago from another Victoria furniture stores we know how comfortable they are and how they stand up. This purchase great because the fact that we felt no pressure, like you get in some stores. Our original sales rep Brayden was knowledgable and showed us how the Stressless recliner mechanics are engineered, for future considerations.
