I was intending to go to another store and happened to see ScanDesigns while en route to the other store and I am soooooo glad I did! Matilde was absolutely amazing and so kind and sweet and genuinely wanted me to get the perfect items for me with no pressure at all. I know she isn't there permanently but if she does move over here forever you have to hire her back! Amazing as always
I placed an order with them, and after five months, they finally called to say my item was ready for pickup. A week ago, I took time off work and drove an hour to pick it up, only to be told it hadn’t arrived yet. They told me to come back the next day. Now they’re saying their truck has a delivery schedule, and I need to be at home on their specific date. I don’t know how much more flexible I’m expected to be. This whole experience has been frustrating and poorly managed.
We got a table from ScanDesign. Not only did Chad help us out with seeing ALL the available options in the style we were looking, he helped us compare, contrast, and gave us time to decide. ADDITIONALLY - we opted to get the table delivered and Fuhad and David did an amazing job of assembling and were extremely careful bringing the table up the stairs, assembling on their mat to avoid damaging the floors, and even put felt padding on the bottom from their own supply. 10/10 experience and definitely would purchase through Sca... read more
