I bought a sectional sofa from Scandinavian Designs about 3 years ago, and I’m very disappointed with the quality. After only three years, the foam has collapsed and lost its shape, and the frame is broken, making loud noises when you sit down as if the structure itself is damaged. When I purchased the sofa, I was also convinced to buy their 5-year protection plan. Scan Design Furniture in Langford, BC recently held a No Tax sale plus reduced the Nordic stressless recliner and so many other pieces of furniture. My friend and I were met by saleslady, Katherine who showed us the recliners and was so helpful with all our questions. Overall, our fav furniture store - tons of selection, great designs that are scaled for regular homes, good prices. Have bought numerous things here over the years. Most recently, we stopped by, intending just to look at dining chairs...but Dre was so unbelievably helpful, understanding our specific needs and concerns, and she steered us towards the perfect chairs that we ended up purchasing on the spot!
