Nicole was amazing. She was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable along with her fellow staff. The hair cut was perfect I get compliments all the time. She did exactly what I asked and even gave me styling tips. Overall 10/10 experience will be recommending her to everyone.
Nikki went above and beyond my expectations today! The amount of time she spent getting to know me and understanding what I wanted was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in the past. She also took her time cutting my hair, shampooing it (herself!) and then blow drying and styling it. Nikki even curled it without me asking! I went to this salon for the first time and honestly, it’s unlike anywhere else I’ve been in Orlando. The atmosphere is so inclusive, welcoming, and fun. You can really feel the good energy as soon as you walk in. My stylist, Nikki, was absolutely amazing! She asked me a million questions to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted for my haircut and took the time to explain everything. She was so friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I was absolutely floored by how genuinely welcoming, kind, and overall awesome everyone was! I went in just for a taming of my brows but I left with the biggest smile on my face. I went a few months back and now I'm going back today! I had an amazing experience last time, everyone was super nice and they even played music that I like. I loved my hair afterwards, the cut and how it felt.
