Wow wow wow! Promise is absolutely amazing. We hired her for a wedding, and she nailed everything we asked for! Whether it was a 90’s Pam Anderson updo, coming up with a look for someone who had no clue what they wanted, or blending the trendy look from my 13-year-old’s Pinterest board with my want to highlight her natural waves, she absolutely crushed it. Promise did my first ever gender affirmation haircut. I was having gender dysphoria issues, and I had decided that it was time for the big chop. However, I don’t just trust anyone with my hair. I’m so thrilled with the haircut and experience Nikki gave me today! She was extremely responsive when discussing what I was looking for, and let me know when certain looks were unrealistic for my heavy hair and wash-and-go lifestyle. She really heard me when I told her about the issues I’ve been having with my hair, and gave me informed product recommendations to solve the problems (without being overly pushy to purchase their stock). BEST SALON IVE EVER WORKED AT!!! So professional and fun. All the stylists here go out of their way to make the clients feel welcome and listened to so it’s amazing to be part of that kind of environment.
