Terrible experience. I was expecting a shipment from China and they were the receiving company. When talking to the one of the employees via email and asking questions in regards to the shipment and the process for receiving goods, she would often leave several of my questions unanswered. I had to call over the phone to get answers. The employee was supposed to get me a quote for local shipping and never followed through. This is for the long beach branch. Very annoying experience with the 2 employees in particular. Sent me the same invoice 5 times after I already paid it the first time and kept delaying their responses to my cargo update (shipment was already delayed an extra 1.5 months). Knew I needed the shipment ASAP and they still delayed me an additional 1-2 days right before the weekend.
