Absolutely wonder customer service. Over the years, Bill and his staff have gone out of their way on repairs, service, and advice.
Absolutely incredible customer service. They answered my calls, patiently heard me out, and carefully walked me through a series of steps until I figured out what was wrong with my heater. And when I realized I needed a few parts - for a marine heater that's 14 years old - they looked them up, had them in stock, and shipped them across the country in a matter of days. All this for someone who wasn't their original install. I won't go anywhere else for heating needs!
