This store was a pleasure to visit - they have a great range of high-quality furniture, and Parminder was so helpful to talk to. He gave us lots of helpful information when we needed it, balanced perfectly with time for us to explore all the great chairs in the store and think through our options. Thank you!
Purchased a chair and paid for delivery. Delivery truck arrived with 2 guys. Instead of parking in the road they attempted to back into our drive and hit our 2024 corvette that was sitting in the driveway covered up. Insurance in the works to repair the car, but reached out to Scan Decor for the other costs. Lost time off work, depreciation of the vehicle, km added to corvette, lost of use of the vehicle during the days being repair. They offered a very insulting amount. What a wonderful relaxing purchase. Never pushy, gave me time to decide while relaxing in a stressless chair. Would highly recommend them . I have sent 2 friends there since I got my chair. Everything was enjoyable, right down to the delivery.
Mukhtar and the team at Scan Decor have been amazing. We love the products and he has very helpful in selecting products to meet our needs. We keep coming back for more :).
