I fired her. She is portrayed as being a neurology doctor, which is a specialty in the medical field. She will not give me an in person appointment, and claims she can do a thorough examination on video. She does not know VA policies for certain medical services vets need. She is very anti any treatment that does not use medication. My last "appointment" with her was a waste of time. But her hair looked good. It's a shame the VA allows non-specialized medical personnel to treat vets with specialized medical needs.
