I had a great experience working with Roberto. He was kind, professional, and exacting. Takes a ton of pride in his work and his client care. I had done a session of smp elsewhere before contacting scalp impressions and was not happy with the outcome. Scalp Impressions' Roberto Nieves went out of his way to help me on a day when I was in a good amount of trouble on the side of the road, going above and beyond without ever expecting anything in return. No one was stopping to help and I had no idea what I would do until Roberto, a complete stranger to me, arrived on the scene. He didn't leave until he knew for sure I was fine and safely on my way.
