I had a very positive experience with Auto Max Elite. I purchased a set of Michelin tires from them that unfortunately turned out to be defective. Their team helped me through the Michelin warranty claim process and made sure the issue was resolved properly. They were professional, responsive, and stood behind the products they sold. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and would gladly do business with them again.

I found a CV joint inner boot leak on my 2009 Lexus RX350 and brought it to Auto Max Elite for a repair assessment. They were friendly, helpful, thorough and honest with trying to find the lowest cost practical solutions. At no time did they push to upsell additional unrelated repairs, which I appreciate. Will be back.
