I brought in my late father's 2001 HD Road King to this shop for a full revival. The bike had been sitting in storage (with gas in the tank) for years and needed extensive work done. New fuel pump assembly, new fuel lines and fuel filter, gas tank repair, new battery and general servicing (oil, plugs, wires, etc). Bike now runs as well as it did several years ago! These guys know what they're doing and I'll likely be bringing the bike back soon.
I feel that I was way overcharged, I did not receive all my parts back, so that would make sense that they have a nice selection of used parts. My bike is not running properly after having them instal a few bolt ons and a new air intake and headers. I am not happy at all. I will now spend more money to have it tuned elsewhere.. When I looked into it, I found out that John Scalia doesn't even work there anymore.
Willy is a true professional. I just went to get a tshirt and look around, and he told me that they were on order. I asked him about used parts and he pointed me in the direction (upstairs) and told me to feel free to roam around. I appreciate the courtesy and the used parts selection was plentiful. I got a great deal on a few parts and will definitely be going back, both to get the tshirt and to pick up some more parts.
