Loved this place till this week. Terrible customer service from the manager. We will no longer shop here. I understand policies but you can't even get her to respond to a phone call. Excuses after excuses from employees of why she can't talk to you. Customer service is everything. Just a simple call back saved you years of a customer.
Worst customer service ever. When Mike worked there, everything was great! Now that the new guys work there, customer service apparently is not an option. recommended? no. I give 0 out of 10.
Time to change my rating and review of this place after the continued slide down in customer service. This place used to be great. Now it’s a waste of time. A year ago (2019) they had friendly knowledgeable staff. Now they have apathetic lethargic drones that pick and choose what rules/policies to enforce on a customer by customer basis. I asked for 300 crickets. I was told that the limit was 100. I said, than why did the other employee sell 1300 to the person (that cut) in front of me? RecommendedYes and no so I got two tarantula s one a curly hair and a Goliath bird eating tarantula My curly hair is doing amazing But my Goliath molded and then passed away I didn’t even touch her ! I didn’t even know until I lifted her hide and saw her so I don’t know this was 3 days I feed them on the same day I will be calling this should of not happed

We came here to buy our family's first lizard: a bearded dragon. These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. Quetzal I believe was the name of the employee who helped get us all set up. Could not be more pleased. Thank you!
